Payment

• Full rent must be paid prior to arrival
  
• A deposit of the same amount is also to be paid prior to the arrival. This is refundable on departure subject to any deductions for losses or damages to the property
  
• An Accommodation Agreement is signed by both Landlord and Client

Method of Payment

• Payments to be done in USD. But can also be done in KShs, Euro & GBP at the prevailing Rates of Exchange on the day of payment.
  
• Credit Card & electronic bank transfer is also accepted

Cancellation

One month's notice is required in writing. If not, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the rent amount payable per month
